What are the check-in and check-out times?

Reception: Check-in from 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Check-in is available on the day of arrival; check-out is on the day of departure. We will provide you with the exact times when you make your reservation.

– Cancellations made by 12:00 p.m. on the day before arrival are free of charge

– Cancellation of packages and group reservations for 5 or more rooms:

- Free of charge up to 5 days before arrival

- 50% if canceled 1 to 4 days before arrival

- thereafter, 90% of the total price

 

- Cancellations MUST be made via email ONLY
